  • PREMIUM VRF system has set a new standard for air conditioning system industry because it does not only focus on energy saving, but also health and the air that customers breathe in all the time. We have developed a system to inspect, control and report oxygen concentration. Oxygen controller keeps the oxygen concentration of indoor air in a suitable level to make sure that oxygen concentration is within a healthy and acceptable range.

  • Improve Air Quality with Carbon Dioxide Controller
  • PREMIUM VRF system does not only control oxygen concentration, but also is capable of inspecting, controlling and reporting carbon dioxide concentration since unsuitable concentration of carbon dioxide may cause building occupants to experience health problems, such as dizziness. Control of carbon dioxide concentration is necessary and essential to improvement of indoor air quality. SAIJO DENKI’s Carbon Dioxide Controller will control carbon dioxide levels to make sure they are within a suitable range to ensure improved indoor air quality.

  • Improve Air Quality with Turbo A.P.S. Ozone Air Purifier
  • Turbo A.P.S. Ozone Air Purifier can operate either when an air conditioning unit is on or off. While the air conditioner is on, the air purification mode will work at high electric field of 3,000 volts and will be adjusted to as high as 5,000 volts when the unit is turned off. However, the air purification process is safe because the electric current used is lower than established standard. SAIJO DENKI has developed Turbo A.P.S. system, which uses electric field to generate magnetic field to filter particles and germs that are as small as 0.01 micron.
    While an air conditioner is off, the temperature and humidity in the air conditioner during many hours of non-operation may cause the growth of germs. When the air conditioner is turned on again, such germs will be sprayed out with air and breathed in by users. SAIJO DENKI’s Turbo A.P.S. has been developed to eliminate those disease-causing germs at their origin in the air conditioner by using two air purifiers to maximize the air purification efficiency. Ozone is generated by high electric field, which is much safer than the international standard established for killing germs at their origin during the time while the air conditioner is turned off since ozone is 3,125 times* more effective in killing germs than chlorine. After an ozone treatment, the system will deliver the conditioned air and suck external air into the unit for ozone treatment again. Ozone treatment can be conducted consecutively for 24 times during the off-period of the air conditioner. Regarding ozone treatment in the air conditioning unit, only a very small amount of ozone will be emitted from the unit so the safety is 10 times* higher than the international ozone safety standard (IEC).

  • In addition to the above mentioned indoor air quality innovations, there is a system to inspect, control and report relative humidity in the air to ensure comfort and healthiness of building occupants. High humidity promotes bacterial growth, resulting in respiratory diseases, asthma, suffocation, or infection. Humidity control is thus essential for improvement of indoor air quality. SAIJO DENKI has developed the indoor air quality controller that is capable of keeping the humidity in the best possible range for occupants’ health.

    In Thailand, the average humidity is 75 – 90%.

    Germs grow quickly at the humidity higher than 60%.
